Can some one do a sim on it pls. still can get orb sim to run on this box but it's not a fault of grav sim.
 this system has some weird quirks.

On the BAUT forum someone asked about the possibility of a meteor shower on Earth due to Elenin.  So I made another simulation, causing Elenin to shed particles at perihelion to see if any of the shed particles would reach Earth.  I found that only particles that were shed with velocities of 11 km/s or greater from Elenin had any chance of striking Earth.  This speed is not realistic, hence no meteor shower.  In the following sim, particles are shed in random directions at 10 km/s at perihelion.  Center the view on Earth and you'll see that Earth does not intersect the cloud of particles.

The annular shower was always out of the question, as Elenin is a long-period comet.  It will be thousands of years before it, or any debris shed from it returns to the inner solar system.  But a one-shot deal was worth considering.  Here's the BAUT discussion:
