This is just a hypothetical system I made consisting of 3 Earth-mass planets around a Sun-mass star.  The planets have the orbital ratios of 1:3:5, with the inner planet having a period of 1 year (1 AU sma).  The middle planet has an eccentricity of 0.4.  This is not a rotating frame.  This is a Kepler's pretzel centered on the the eccentric middle planet.

Is this really a non rotating frame ? It's amazing how much the outer orbits are disturbed while the inner remains non-affected .

The inner non-affected one is the star.  Our solar system looks weird too when you center on a planet, then zoom out enough to see the other planets and the sun.
