This one came close a couple of days ago.

Edit:  I gave the wrong link at the top of this post.  It's fixed now.  The wrong link was for QN111, not QM111.  But it was a good mistake as QN111 is also quite interesting, and if it weren't for my wrong link, I would not have heard of it.
