Rotating frame...

How does a person get a rotating frame with a planet system aligned so that the orbiting body is directly above the primary body in the view?
I am trying to use it to get objects into the LaGrange points.

You e-mailed me the same question, but just incase others wonder the same thing, here's what I wrote in my reply:
There's a crude way of setting where the stationary object sits.  Use the P button (plot/don't plot).  Just press it twice, once off, once on, and it will re-position the stationary object for you (semi-random).  But there's no official way to set this in the current version.
