Here's the simulation that created the animated GIF:

This animation includes synthetic Kupier Belt objects.  These are the white dots that do not move.  They are a model of the entire Kuiper Belt as modeled by the L7 Synthetic Model.  I'd like to acknowledge the following papers for the creation of this model:
